Hi Jim, I work mostly on my intel mac, but also have windows Xp installed on it as well which I have to use sometimes. I have always hated explorer and for me have always found it to be the most unstable browser on the market. I use Google Chrome, which is much faster and more stable and also use Safari for windows, which is also more stable and faster and my favourite browser that I use on my mac. Give them a try, you might like one of them.
Cheers Colin.

Cliff, sounds like you and some others had a very bad run here but expereience tells me that in many cases, the technology and systems let us all down. However, that's no excuse for not imporving but the most dangerous customer we all have is the one that doesnt tell us when this happens.
Our survey shows that DBA has a strong NPS which points to a culture of good customer service which included good communication which suggests to me that your experience was an exception.
Hope you let them know and give them another go.

Thanks for contributing.

Disk Brakes Australia has one huge economical problem and has missed out on a unmentioned amount of sales simply by bnot replying to there customers email enquiry's.
Q. How do I know this?
A. I know this as I am one of who knows how many potential customers that they have missed out on by them not replying to there customers emails. Further more when asked about brake part supplyers will now recomend a different brand based on my own experience.

Born to communicate,Jack Witowski was only a few days old, but he could tell his parents and the nurses that noise bothered him and he'd rather not be touched. His face would turn red and he'd stiffen his arms and legs.

"It was really difficult to think this is my baby and I'm disturbing him," says Jack's mother, Kathy, of Chicago. But with the nurse's help, Kathy and her husband, Bill, soon learned how to read and respond to Jack's special signals.
